The Arkansas Oklahoma State Fair will once again open its gates to children with special needs. This year’s special needs day will be Wednesday, September 30, 2026 from 10:00am-5pm. Please fill out the form below for your request. Please only submit one request per organization. Chosen organizations will be notified prior to Friday, September 25th with instructions on how to receive armbands on or prior to the event.
